This non alcoholic purified skin toner, enriched with Dead Sea minerals and botanical extracts which helps remove traces of cleanser, dirt and make-up without drying the skin, leaving it feeling soft, supple and refreshed. Application: Saturate a cotton wool pad and sweep across a cleansed face and neck.
